CTS Composite Technology Systems GmbH is your partner for fiber composites. We offer complex designs and grating systems made of GRP (glass-reinforced plastic). We are a family-run company founded in 1994 by Joachim Wilczek. His son Philipp Wilczek joined the company in 2005 and took over as sole managing director on January 1, 2020. So if you are looking for a reliable partner with comprehensive expertise and a passion for fiber composites, you have come to the right place!

Social projects
School in Namibia
Since 2018, we have been working with companies and partners in Hamburg to support the establishment and operation of St. Patrick Primary School in Namibia. The school focuses on regular education as well as horticulture for self-sufficiency.
In addition to financial resources and educational materials, we support the school with equipment and technology to furnish the classrooms.
Danke Geesthacht Foundation
In spring 2019, Joachim Wilczek had the idea of founding a community foundation for the city of Geesthacht. The foundation is dedicated to promoting various social and cultural aspects. Among other things, it focuses on:
- Youth and elderly care
- Art and culture
- Nature conservation and landscape management
First aid in elementary schools
What should I do in case of burns, a tick bite, or poisoning? And above all: How can I help others in an emergency? The support association “Luftrettungszentrum Christoph 29” Hamburg e.V. and K&L Verlag have set themselves the goal of answering these questions in a child-friendly way and have published an easy-to-understand coloring and activity book for girls and boys of primary school age. We think this is a good thing, which is why we sponsor 20 booklets each month.
Addiction prevention for schoolchildren
To help prevent addiction, we donate 20 copies of the “Ratgeber zur Aufklärung und Vorbeugung” (Guide to Education and Prevention) booklet to schoolchildren (via ABV GmbH) at schools in the Herzogtum- Lauenburg district every month.
