VAPORCOM is an innovative material in building material class A1. It combines all the known advantages of glass fiber reinforced plastics—such as low weight, electrical insulation, and free formability—with absolute non-combustibility. This makes it perfect for applications where fire protection is a top priority.

Design freedom & functionality
VAPORCOM can be processed into flat panels and complex 3D components. Strength, stiffness, and toughness can be adapted to the respective load profile. Surfaces can be designed flexibly—from decorative films to highly resistant gel coats.

- Building material class A1 according to DIN EN 13501-1
- No smoke development, no burning droplets
- Excellent values in smoke gas and toxicity testing (including according to ABD 0031)
- Complies with European and international standards such as ISO 5659-2 (HL3 according to R1) and IMO FTPC
Absolutely non-combustible
VAPORCOM offers all the advantages of classic fiber composites, but is absolutely non-combustible. Even at temperatures above 1500°C, no smoke gases are emitted.
Highest classification
VAPORCOM meets all relevant norms and standards. Particularly noteworthy are the outstanding results in smoke and toxicity tests.
No burning dripping
VAPORCOM is already suitable for future, even more stringent regulations. Due to the matrix of the material, there is no burning falling or dripping.
