GRP entry and exit platforms
In new construction and modernization projects, GRP structures are increasingly replacing concrete, steel, and wood platforms.
Safe entry and exit
Entry and exit platforms in railway environments must be permanently safe to walk on. GRP offers clear technical advantages in this regard: a permanently slip-resistant surface, electrical insulation without additional grounding measures, and a design in signal colors for better visibility.
The platforms can be equipped with railings and fall protection devices and can thus be adapted to different safety requirements and areas of application. Especially in wet, dirty, or high-traffic conditions, GRP platforms ensure a secure footing and clear orientation.
Durable. Low maintenance. Economical.
In addition to safety, GRP impresses with its long service life and cost-effectiveness. The material is corrosion-free, weather-resistant, and low-maintenance. Compared to concrete, wood, or steel, construction and installation times can be significantly reduced, which minimizes downtime and lowers project costs.
Optionally, the platforms can be mounted on Krinner screw foundations. These enable concrete-free, fast, and flexible installation, can be loaded immediately, and are particularly suitable for projects in existing buildings or during ongoing operations.
