GRP ladders

– safe, versatile, and with a wide range of accessories

Corrosion-free and chemically resistant

GRP ladders (glass fiber reinforced plastic) are the ideal solution for industrial plants where maximum safety and durability are required. Unlike steel or aluminum, they are permanently corrosion-free, low-maintenance, and resistant to even aggressive media such as acids or alkalis. This makes them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use—especially in chemical plants, waterworks, or offshore facilities—and represents an economical alternative to stainless steel.

Maximum safety thanks to modular equipment

A particular advantage of GRP ladders is the extensive range of accessories: from stainless steel anchor points and entry and exit points to extended ladders with automatic locking and safety cages made of GRP or stainless steel – all components can be combined in a modular fashion. The portfolio also includes crossovers, brackets for various wall distances, and complete transfer platforms with GRP flooring. This allows the ladder systems to be adapted precisely to the respective safety requirements and structural conditions.

Lightweight, compliant with standards, and suitable for sensitive structures

The low weight of GRP ladders is particularly advantageous where the underlying structure cannot support heavy metal ladders. Despite their lightweight construction, they are highly resilient, durable, and naturally comply with applicable safety standards such as EN ISO 14122-4 for fixed ladders. Thanks to their modular design, they can be flexibly extended, supplemented, or adapted on site—without requiring extensive assembly work. Here too, GRP ladders are a durable, economical alternative to stainless steel.
