STRICT REQUIREMENTS FOR A GOOD FEELING.

Certified according to ISO 9001

Those who really want to achieve something good need heart as well as reason. Treating people and the environment in a responsible manner is therefore a matter of course for us.

Our customers should not just feel like they are in safe hands with us.

They should be in the best of hands and fully satisfied for all of their concerns. We guarantee this with our extensive and consistent quality management.

This includes the continuous optimization of communication structures, the development of new professional solution strategies, the standardization of successful operational and work processes and the documentation and further education for our employees.

These are just a few of the reasons why CTS Composite Technologie Systeme is a certified company according to ISO 9001:2008.

CTS is certified by TÜV SÜD AG

Engagement and fairness

We follow the Code of Conduct of the GKV (Gesamtverband Kunststoffverarbeitende Industrie – German association of plastics processing industries). This code is a voluntary agreement which ensures compliance with global requirements relating to ethical and moral behaviour as well as with the standards for ethically sound behaviour not objectionable under competition or antitrust law. This also includes the promotion of fair and sustainable standards in dealings with customers, suppliers and company employees.

In addition to the global guidelines of the Code of Conduct, internationally recognised human rights are also explicitly supported. As a medium-sized company in plastics processing, CTS is also involved in the AVK (German federation of reinforced plastics).

Exemplary safety

We follow compliance regulations – a stringent set of policies against corruption and anti-competitive agreements which serve the protection of ethical and social principles. To ensure lasting safety and quality, our production processes and our products are additionally monitored and certified by a number of renowned testing institutes. These include:

TÜV Nord and TÜV Süd – technical monitoring
MPA (Materials testing institute for materials and production engineering)
IMA (IMA Materialforschung und Anwendungstechnik GmbH)
HCU (HafenCity Universität Hamburg)
DIBt (Deutsches Institut für Bautechnik – German institute for structural engineering)
EBA (Eisenbahn Bundesamt – Federal Railway Authority) – specially for the area of rail technology
