GREATER SAFETY FOR THE FUTURE – 
GRP CONSTRUCTIONS IN AND ON THE TRACK

Safety is the top priority in railway construction. GRP gratings are therefore the first choice when it comes to walkways, platforms, escape routes or service routes. They are not only slip-proof in accordance with BIA class 13, but can also be produced in signal-yellow. This ensures the safety of employees and customers at night or in bad weather, in particular.

Service routes and escape routes

Workshop facilities

GRP also increases safety in workshops. Not only the signal colour yellow, but also the electrically insulating properties of the grating systems and slip resistance are of great benefit here. The latter is particularly effective in oily areas.

Entrance and exit platforms

In the course of reconstruction and modernisation work, many old concrete and wooden platforms are replaced by modern structures made of glass fibre reinforced plastics.

Bridge coverings

The often rotting and slippery planks or steel covers for bridges are increasingly being replaced by GRP structures during reconstruction or modernisation work

Embankment stairs

Stair construction – made easy. CTS embankment stairs do not require any expensive concrete foundation and thus also no heavy construction machinery.
